Please submit your request within 15 days upon your purchase date.

Refund
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the product you returned. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item within three working days.
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account.

Exchange
Chung-Hing/We will bear the shipping cost if the exchange is caused by us. For other reasons, customers are responsible for the shipping cost on 5% of the product price or $200, whichever is higher, for replacement.
