Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Daily paperwork, assist Sales Dept document handling, data entry such as invoice, quotation and answer phone calls.
• Work closely with sales team to prepare quotation, project follow up and sales support to customers.

Requirements:

• Cantonese speaker, with basic English skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to maintain close relationship with team members.
• Hard working, self-motivated, working under pressure.
• Relevant experience is preferred.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday 8:30AM – 6:00pm and Saturday 8:30am – 1:00pm (5.5 days per week)

Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales and marketing of HK and Macau market.
• Work closely with sales team to prepare quotation, project follow up and sales support to customers.
• Develop sales leads, identify customer’s requirements and establish good relationship.
• Liaise with contractors, developers and execute sales plans.

Requirements:

• Possess at least 3 years of sales experience with the similar working fields.
• Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hard working, self-motivated, working under pressure.
• Relevant experience of wholesale services is an advantage, knowledge in electrical products is preferred.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday 8:30AM – 6:00pm and Saturday 8:30am – 1:00pm (5.5 days per week)
